Lucette Lagnado is a cultural and investigative reporter for the Wall Street Journal, . She is the author of the recent memoirs, The Arrogant Years and The Man in the White Sharkskin Suit, based on her experience leaving Egypt with her family when she was a child. She was the 2008 recipient of the Sami Rohr Prize for Jewish Literature.
