Malachi says:

Well we did incubate Ozzy and his siblings so I guess Erin and I sat some eggs once upon a time. With x’s on the shells in pencil we would be sure to turn them twice a day and check often. The first hatched over our wedding anniversary. Ozzy was born in a spring time thunder storm and he cried every nite for a week, brooding under a little lamp in the bedroom. He’ll be 8 this year and still keeping us company, our domestic quail.

We had a parakeet named Ozzie. He had two lives: one before the dog had him in her mouth, one after. For a while, his leg was paralyzed.
I love eggs. I draw them a lot.

Eliraz Si-Gova says:

I would sit on an egg if it would hatch a name. Or if it would hatch that parrot Ozzie a new leg. It was not the end of days yesterday, but if it had been, and if only I’d survived, I would have sat on an egg if it would have hatched a new world.
