Passover Bloody Marys
2 quarts tomato juice
1 1/2 cups vodka*
Juice of 2-3 lemons
Juice of 2-3 limes
1-2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce*
1 heaping tablespoon Carrot Citrus Horseradish by The Gefilteria (see recipe), or more to taste
Ground pepper, to taste
Salt, to taste
Hot sauce, to taste*
Celery stalk for garnish
1. Combine tomato juice, vodka, lemon juice, and lime juice in a pitcher.
2. Add horseradish, ground pepper, salt, and hot sauce to pitcher, stir well and taste for spice level.
3. Pour bloody marys over ice into tall glasses. Garnish with a celery stalk.
*For a Passover cocktail, use kosher for Passover versions of these ingredients.
