Serve this fresh tomato sauce alongside freshly fried perashki
2 plum tomatoes
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 clove garlic, minced
s’chug (Yemenite chile and cilantro)
Grate tomatoes on the large holes of a box grater; discard peel. Mix tomato together with cilantro and garlic in a medium bowl until thoroughly combined. Stir in salt and s’chug to taste.
