Janis Holtzman and Michael Colman.(NYT)

Each Monday, we choose the most interestingly Jewish announcement from that Sunday’s New York Times Weddings/Celebrations section. This week, it’s that of Janis Holtzman and Michael Colman, married yesterday in Michigan. Much of the announcement focuses on the tricky pathways of a widower remarrying (which calls to mind this amazing essay), but arguably more notable is that Holtzman, 63, and Colman, 69, met via JDate. Internet! Mazel tov to the happy couple!
