• Marking a departure from previous years, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s speech at the United Nations yesterday, while not without its crude statements, was almost universally viewed as more measured and less inflammatory in tone. Not mentioned: Iran’s nuclear program. [CNN]
