• Hamas is apparently planning for President Abbas’s first trip to Gaza since 2007, when Hamas took control, for unity talks. [NYT]

• Secretary of State Clinton points out all the reasons why any new Egyptian government is not going to abrogate the Camp David treaty. [JTA]

• She also decides all of a sudden that that whole Egyptian revolt thing was good after all. [NYT]

• The Iranian-led “resistance bloc” is using the Arab uprisings to further its own power. [JPost]

• This includes Syria, which has experienced only small protests and has quickly put them down. [NYT]

• The United States expressed concern at the presence of several senior Fatah officials at a ceremony earlier this week naming a square after a terrorist who killed 37 Jews in the ‘70s. [JTA]
