Each Monday, we choose the most interestingly Jewish announcement from that Sunday’s New York Times Weddings/Celebrations section. This was a tough week! Adorable D.C. professionals. Daughter of the head of Planned Parenthood. Bride is a director of sales for Yigal Azrouël. JTS student. Med student at Yeshiva U.

Ultimately, though, the pick is Ilana Schachter and John Feuerstein. Bride: Studying to be a rabbi! Groom: Video game producer! Did I mention they were set up by the groom’s mother? ’Nuff said. Mazel tov!

(However, they are lucky that the Weddings/Celebrations section does not include engagement announcements, because if they did, this weekend would have a shoo-in.)
