Is there a more underrated, because so frequently inadequately executed, Jewish delicacy than the knish? Noah Wildman thinks so: as Jeffrey Yoskowitz reports today in Tablet Magazine, he has launched Knishery NYC, a hip, Lower East Side-based, foodcart (or actually pushcart) -enhanced knish monger to bring that awkward, large baked dumpling into the 21st century.
