In New York City next Tuesday? Come on down (or, more likely, up) to 92nd Street Y for a Tablet Magazine-sponsored panel on Jews and Film on the occasion of our 100 Greatest Jewish Films list. Panelists will include senior write Liel Leibovitz; film critic Daphne Merkin (whose own top 10 can be seen here); New York Times film critic A.O. Scott (who also discussed this topic in a podcast this week); and Village Voice film critic J. Hoberman. Tickets are going fast. Should be a fun time. And you can tell Liel in person what you thought of his Schindler’s List write-up!
