Allegations that Walt Disney was anti-Semitic are not new; they’ve been circulating ever since his death back in 1966. And yet they continue to rile people up, supplying TV writers, cartoonists, and others with an endless supply of punchlines and comedy sketches. Whether you find the jokes funny or not, it seems clear that Disney the man still has a hold on the popular imagination.
