• “That window is closing,” President Obama said regarding Iran. He’s in South Korea for a nuclear summit. [JTA]

• Israel has decided to cut all ties to the U.N. Human Rights Council (which sponsored the Goldstone Report) following the council’s establishment of a panel to investigate the settlements’ impact on Palestinians. [Haaretz]

• The Israeli Supreme Court overturned a government deal that would have kept settlers in Migron in their homes until sometime in 2015. Now, under the ruling, they all have to be gone by August 1. [NYT]

• Michael O’Hanlon and Bruce Riedel, two respected thinkers on this topic, propose something called “constriction” for Iran—essentially, what we’re currently doing, but doing it even if Iran goes (a little bit) nuclear. [WP]

• U.S. lawmakers have released some (about $89 million) but not all of the Palestinian development aid that was frozen last summer as punishment for going to the U.N. [Reuters/Haaretz]
