Then we talk to Stacy Berman about her journey from running fitness boot camps in Central Park to apprenticing as a shaman and incorporating natural medicine into her training program. It’s all about having balance, she explains, bringing us shakes from her line of protein powders, The System by Stacy Berman, and a bottle of whiskey.
