The Jewish tradition of counting the Omer, or Sefirat HaOmer, marks the 49 days between the second night of Passover and the start of Shavuot. It is a time of introspection and an opportunity for spiritual challenge and growth.

In this seven-week series, Kylie Unell invites you on her daily journey to make meaning out of this age-old tradition. Each week of the Omer corresponds to a different attribute of God. On each episode, airing weekdays, Kylie explores these various attributes by talking, reading, doing, speaking, and reflecting.

49 Days to Stretch My Soul is a production of Tablet Studios. The show is hosted by Kylie Unell, and is produced and edited by Darone Ruskay, Josh Kross, Quinn Waller, Robert Scaramuccia, and Sara Fredman Aeder.
