2 cups flour
1 egg
1/4 lb. butter or margarine
3/4 cup sour cream

Cut butter or margarine into flour, add egg and sour cream and mix well. Shape into ball and chill in refrigerator for one hour.

When ready to bake, remove dough from fridge and divide into three pieces to roll.

Roll out each piece into circle on floured board. Cut into pie-shaped wedges.

Place desired filling (see below) into each wedge starting at wide edge. Roll up and seal at ends.

Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Suggested fillings:
• 4-6 chocolate chips with sprinkling of chopped nuts for each wedge
• Mixture of cinnamon, brown or white sugar, raisins, and chopped nuts
