This delicious ice cream is very easy to prepare without the need for an ice cream maker. I like to add a dash of instant coffee, which gives it a lovely flavor. Any leftover condensed milk can be frozen for up to three months and used another time.
Ingredients
- 1 ¼cups heavy cream
- 1teaspoon instant coffee powder
- ½cup sweetened condensed milk
- 3tablespoons carob molasses

Preparation

Whip the cream with the instant coffee until it forms soft peaks, then gradually add the condensed milk, whisking constantly, until it is thickened.

Lastly fold in the carob molasses. Pour into an airtight container and freeze for six hours or overnight before serving.
