• Meetings between Iran and the P5+1 group on the Iranian nuclear program ended yesterday with the parties agreeing to meet again next month in Turkey and again in Kazakhstan in April. U.S. officials called the talks “useful.” [NYT]

• Half a dozen Syrian rebels who were injured near the border with Israel in clashes with Assad regime troops were treated in Israeli hospitals and returned to Syria, YNet is reporting. [JTA]
