‘Unorthodox’ Is Coming to Hebrew College on October 27

We’ll be doing a live show in Newton, Mass. with three special guests! (Boston, you’re invited too.)

October 14, 2016

Calling all Jews and Jew-curious residents of the Greater Boston area!

Please join us on October 27 at 7:30pm at Hebrew College for a live recording of our Unorthodox podcast, with three very special guests: General James “Tom” Hill, WBUR’s Jeremy Hobson, and Jeff Jacoby of The Boston Globe. We’ll be talking about the election and religion and He Who Shall Not Be Named (what else, right?), AND we’ll also have some live music care of our Jewbadour Jim Knable, a giveaway, and—very likely—some chat about about whiskey, Drake, and kittens.

ICYMI, Unorthodox is our newest podcast—a smart, fresh, fun take on Jewish news and culture posted every Thursday. Hosted by Tablet editor-at-large and Los Angeles Times columnist Mark Oppenheimer, and featuring deputy editor Stephanie Butnick and senior writer Liel Leibovitz, the panel discusses the latest Jewish news, politics, and culture with equal parts seriousness and irreverence. From Amy Schumer to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, the presidential debates to Drake, no topic is off limits.

Buy your tickets here. (Early birds receive a subscription to our print magazine!) Invite your kids, your old college professors, your rabbi, your pastor, your therapist.

L’hitraot, friends.
