A three-day comedy and music festival is coming to San Francisco at the beginning of June, and it’s being headlined by some pretty big names, including Jerry Seinfeld (wait, he’s still a big name?), Sarah Silverman, Bill Burr, Ice Cube, Vince Staples, and more. There’s also supposed to be a walk-in re-creation of the Seinfeld apartment where, I assume, one could sit on Jerry’s blue couch and post that image to Instagram. But perhaps the most intriguing performance of the weekend will take place on Saturday June 3, when Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer, the terrifically talented and perverted and stars of Comedy Central’s Broad City, and other comedians, will give a reading of Wayne’s World in honor of the movie’s 25th anniversary.

Admittedly I’m not sure how the movie would come off in a reading, let alone a movie remake of any kind (although I’m sure it’ll happen before we know it, groan). But in terms of homage, this performance, I imagine, will be pretty swell. Ilana is playing Wayne, Abbi is playing Garth, natch; Tig Notaro will play Rob Lowe’s villainous Cantonese-speaking Benjamin; Moshe Kasher will play Russel Finley; and the list goes on (John Michael Higgins, Janet Varney, Chris Gethard, Eliot Glazer, Beth Stelling). There will also be a Queen cover band playing along, but no word yet on who will play Cassandra or Alice Cooper.
