Though The Audacity of Hope, the American ship, briefly left port today, it was soon ordered to return, and Greece has forbid all vessels currently docked in its waters and bound for Gaza from leaving today. Word is that the earliest they could conceivably sail is next Tuesday. “As commandos point their weapons, passengers are singing ‘we shall overcome’ in the middle of the Athens sea #flotilla,” Joseph Dana, of The Nation and +972, tweeted, but that remains to be seen.
