Politico reports that Joe Lieberman, who retired from his senate position in December 2012, is heading to the New York offices of Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman as a senior counsel:
The former Democratic Vice Presidential candidate is expected to focus on independent and internal investigations as well as advise clients on public policy, strategic and regulatory issues, according to a firm release.
Lieberman will also work with corporate clients on tax, health care, security, intellectual property and international expansion initiatives.
