Apparently just minutes ago, as the City of Gold prepares for Shabbat, the quiet was breached by sirens. Many are reporting that areas near Jerusalem have been struck by rockets.

Hamas has also just tweeted this:

Al Qassam Brigades launch two M75 homemade missiles towards occupied Jerusalem #gaza #GuzaUnderattack #ShaleStones #Hamas #Resistance

There are also reports that Gush Etzion in the West Bank, which has a massive Palestinian population, is nearest to where the two rockets fired from Gaza landed.

We’ll keep you updated.
