Soccer Fail: Israeli Medics Can’t Figure Out How to Cart Off Injured Player

As the meme goes, “You had one job.”
In a recent contest between Maccabi Ahi Nazareth and Maccabi Herzliya, Nazareth midfielder Moamen Saleh fell to the ground, grimacing in pain, as is tradition for soccer players. Quickly, medics attended to the injured player, placing a stretcher next to him. Saleh pushed himself onto the stretcher and rested, with his hands over his eyes. The next stop, presumably, was the examination room. That is, if he could ever get there.
According to the Times of Israel, the announcers called the moment “embarrassing” as Nazareth captain Amjad Sliman carried his teammate off “like a baby.”
Israeli soccer medics, you had one job!
