The first patented “Menorahment” defends itself

Yesterday, I wrote about the flimsy majesty of the Hanukkah Tree Topper, which is giving countless(?) interfaith families the opportunity to adorn their Christmas tree tops with a Star of David. I highlighted some of the reviews of the product, which were highly in favor of the Hanukkah Tree Topper concept but expressed disappointment with the physical integrity of the product.

Consumers, fear not! This morning the social media team for the product responded, quite politely.

@AllMyChandler Thank you for taking the time to write about our product. We did unfortunately have quality issues in past but are now fixed.

(Also, it’s interesting to note that their Twitter bio even cites the 47 percent intermarriage rate among Jews.)

So, there you have it. Kvetch a little on the Internet and you get results.
