Iran said Friday it would not discuss the future of its nuclear program while under assault from Israel, according to Reuters. As the statement was released, Iran launched another 20 missiles into Beersheba. Israeli media later reported additional missile strikes in Tel Aviv, the Negev, and Haifa following further attacks hours later. Whether Iran genuinely seeks to negotiate an end to the war with Israel remains uncertain, especially given that a senior Iranian official told Reuters that the Islamic Republic is willing to discuss limits on uranium enrichment but would reject any proposal requiring zero of it.
