Ingredients
- 1(8-ounce) package full-fat cream cheese, at room temperature
- ¼ cup tahini
- 2tablespoons za’atar
- 1garlic clove, smashed and peeled
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Yield: 1 1/4 cup

In a mini food processor, combine the cream cheese, tahini, za’atar, and garlic. Pulse until well incorporated. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper. Store in an airtight container
in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
