• Widespread riots carried erupted on the second anniversary of the ouster of Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak. There were numerous reports of civilian deaths and injuries throughout the country. [NYT]

• Carl Icahn called into a television show on CNBC and got into a fight with fellow investor and rival Bill Ackman, who was a guest on the show. Among Icahn’s insults, he called Ackman “a little Jewish boy crying.” [NYMag]
